Expert Vehicle Aircon Regas & Repair | Friendly, reliable service | Professional equipment | Cooling vehicle since 1995
The Importance of Maintenance
Vehicle aircon systems are affordable and easy to maintain, but they can be costly and time-consuming to repair. However, with regular upkeep, you can avoid these issues. Notably, aircon systems are closed systems, yet they gradually lose refrigerant over time, consequently causing their performance to decline. Therefore, it’s essential to address this loss to maintain optimal performance.
Recommended Maintenance Schedule
- Service your vehicle aircon every 2 years to prevent decline
- Replace cabin filters annually to maintain clean air and optimal performance
Our Expert Services
Our experts will:
- Inspect and maintain refrigerant levels
- Replace aircon compressor oil to lubricate moving parts and seals
Why Regular Maintenance Matters
The aircon compressor pumps refrigerant through the system, using specialized oil to lubricate moving parts and seals. Regular replacement is necessary to maintain optimal performance, as this oil’s viscosity decreases over time
Stay Cool and Comfortable
By servicing your aircon system regularly, you’ll reduce the risk of failure and ensure a cool, comfortable driving experience. Don’t wait until it’s too late – schedule your maintenance today and keep your vehicle cool and comfortable!”
Aircon Regas Service
Our aircon regas service includes evacuation of the aircon system, vacuum leak test, R134a gas, oil for the aircon system & UV dye for future leak detection.

Aircon Fault Diagnosis & Repairs
- Is your aircon not cooling properly or has it stopped working?
- Are you experiencing any unusual odors or smells when you turn on your aircon
- Do you hear any strange noises or unfamiliar sounds when running your aircon?
Contact our our friendly, knowledgeable staff for advise and assessment of your aircon repair needs as soon as you notice any issues, as delays can cause additional damage and costs.
UV Leak detection
We inject UV dye – a fluorescent Ultra Violet dye that is visible under a UV light – during our regas service. The refrigerant gas carries the UV dye through the aircon system and will glow where it is leaking. An aircon system consists of several components, which may be obscured by other components in the vehicle. This might require the process to be repeated until the source of the leak is located

Condensor
The air conditioning system absorbs heat from the passenger compartment and pumps it to the front-mounted condenser. The condenser releases heat to the outside air, where it condenses the refrigerant into a liquid, and then directs it to the receiver dryer. However, its exposed location makes it susceptible to damage from external objects like gravel and stones, as well as corrosion, which can cause leaks. Due to the risk of additional leaks, we typically replace the condenser instead of repairing it to avoid future labour costs.

Compressors
When you turn on your car’s air conditioner, the engine’s pulley actively engages the air conditioning compressor, which compresses the refrigerant gas to a very high pressure and temperature. The compressor then pumps the gas through a hose to the condenser.
Compressor Failure
If the compressor seizes, it contaminates the aircon system with particles. The seized compressor not only needs replacement, but also necessitates replacing the condenser and expansion valve. Our experts must then flush the aircon system to remove all contaminants. Only after this thorough cleaning can the new parts be installed.
Compressor Repair Options
Our technicians can replace the compressor clutch, coil, and bearing, depending on the compressor’s condition. However, if the compressor is severely damaged, our experts may need to replace the entire unit to ensure optimal performance and prevent further damage.
What is an Evaporator?
Evaporator: Key Component of Your Car’s Aircon System
An evaporator actively facilitates evaporation by harnessing conductive and convective heat transfer, providing the necessary thermal energy for phase transition from liquid to vapor.
Evaporator Replacement: A Complex Process
If the evaporator fails, usually due to leaks, our experts must take drastic measures to replace it. This involves:
- Actively removing the dashboard all the way to the firewall
- Taking out the HVAC Box
- Replacing the evaporator inside the box

Meticulous Care in Evaporator Replacement
Our technicians exercise great care in removing and reassembling the components to ensure a seamless and efficient replacement process.
